Stability Ball - Session I

A strong body starts at the core. You’ve heard about it and seen it now try it! This innovative workout uses a stability ball to help you burn calories, strengthen your core muscles, improve your balance and tone your entire body. Class focuses on proper technique, all you need is a stability ball. Make sure you use the proper size ball for your height.: 4’8”-5’3” use 55 cm, 5’4”-6’ use 65 cm, over 6’ use 75 cm. Bring an inflated ball to class.
