Introduction To Mindfulness Meditation - Session I

with Walter Briggs


Living intentionally and seeing clearly by watching and learning how the mind works allows us to break unwholesome patterns of behavior, develop equanimity, and cultivate self-compassion and loving kindness. Benefits may include reduced anxiety, improved focus and sleep, and enhanced resilience, among others. You will learn how to establish and maintain a practice, how to work with common difficulties, some history and science, and, of course, how to meditate. Walter is a long-time meditator and is currently finishing a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program.
