Everyone’s talking about essential oils, but what are they and what can they do for you? This class will introduce you to the basics of essential oils in everyday life and how you and your family can benefit from their many uses. You will learn how you can use essential oils as a natural way to assist your body in relieving pain and inflammation, maintaining positive moods, and staying healthy. Each session includes a ‘make and take’ so you can get started right from the beginning.
