Circuit Training - Session I

with Elizabeth Ostergaard


Join us for this 45 minute workout. This class will help you burn calories, lose weight and strengthen your muscles. Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights. Let's get a great workout!
