HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. “A high-intensity workout increases the body’s need for oxygen during the effort and creates an oxygen shortage, causing your body to ask for more oxygen during recovery. This class is set to powerful, motivating music that increases stamina while having fun!

Trapper Education Course

A trapper education course teaches participants how to responsibly trap fur-bearing animals and provides a foundation of knowledge upon which to build.  Topics in the 10 hour course include proper trapping equipment and use, responsible trap setting, the importance of good wildlife management practices, and habits and traits of fur-bearers.  Students must pass a written exam.  All Trapping Educatioons Courses are home-study courses.  Home-study requires attendance at all sessions as well as study at home, in order to receive your certificate.  Classes will be held on Wednesday, April 17, from 6-9 PM and Sunday, April 28, from 8:30AM-4:30 PM.

In this workshop you will grow your skills by looking at aspirational garden photos, discussing best horticultural practices, and reviewing easy-to-use design principles. Bring your questions for an individualized Q&A. A simple homework assignment will be sent to students in advance of the class. No discounts.
