80's & 90's Dance Aerobics - Session III

Move, groove and sing along to the hits of the 80’s and 90’s. Join us for a 45 minute fun workout that packs a punch! Dance Aerobics can improve symptoms of depression, strengthen your heart and lungs, help lower your cholesterol, improve your immune function, and lower your blood pressure. You will leave feeling the effects of a great training session with a skilled instructor.


Archery Hunter Safety Course Online

An archery education course will provide a student with a wealth of knowledge regarding equipment, proper hunting methods, responsibilities, and general safety. Most classes will have some outdoor exercises. Passage of a final exam is required. You must attend every day of the class in order to receive your certificate.

The Online Course requires that students complete the knowledge portion of the course online and attend a skills and exam day which is about 7 hours. Students complete quizzes and exam as they do the online course and are provided with a voucher to attend the skills and exam day upon completion of the online exam. In the skills and exam session students must demonstrate to the instructor that they can safely handle a bow, participate in activities, bring in a survival kit with appropriate contents and pass a 50 question test with a grade of at least 70%.

Art Night Out - Stone Charm Bracelet

Using pre-drilled stones, you will learn wire-wrapping techniques to add components and decorative embellishments to this adjustable bracelet (sterling silver over brass). Workshop includes all materials to make one silver bracelet.


ATV Education Course

Participation in an ATV education course will teach how to properly operate and maintain an ATV. Laws, responsibilities and personal safety will also be covered. Passage of a final exam is required. You must attend every day of the class in order to receive your certificate.

Boston North End Trip

Are you hungry for authentic Italian food? Do you feel like a leisurely train ride to and from Boston to feast on said authentic Italian food? Well then, we’re planning a trip to Boston’s north end with our celebrated native Bostonian and chef, Chris Toy, and he will lead you on a merry adventure. Along with the aforementioned feasting, Chris will take you on a walking tour of several Boston landmarks: the Freedom Trail with Paul Revere’s house (additional fee for entry), the Old North Church, the Haymarket, Boston Market and Quincy Market. The trip includes transportation via Amtrak and walking tour. Wear comfortable shoes for this walking tour. The train departs Brunswick Station at 7:30 am, and leaves from Boston North Station at 4:45pm, arriving in Brunswick at 8:05pm. No refunds. No discounts. The movement methodology is drawn from primal movement and ancient yoga techniques to awaken the Shakti energy and free the mind. It’s a blend of power yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. Also available on Thursday mornings from 6-6:45am.


Circuit Training - Session III

Join us for this 45 minute workout. This class will help you burn calories, lose weight and strengthen your muscles. Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights.


Considering Voiceover - Session II

A local professional voiceover artist, Tamara will present a broad overview of the industry, give students an opportunity to practice a few styles of VO and leave participants with recommendations for several paths and resources if they decide to pursue voice acting part time or full time. This is a one night informational seminar and the presenter is not selling any product or coaching, but will recommend multiple coaches and training programs to allow participants to choose what is best for them.
