80's & 90's Dance Aerobics - Session I

Move, groove and sing along to the hits of the 80’s and 90’s. Join us for a 45 minute fun workout that packs a punch! Dance Aerobics can improve symptoms of depression, strengthen your heart and lungs, help lower your cholesterol, improve your immune function, and lower your blood pressure. You will leave feeling the effects of a great training session with a skilled instructor.

Beginning / Intermediate Guitar

Dust off that old guitar or bring in your brand new guitar. Each student will interact musically with the class as we integrate those just starting out with intermediate students who want to expand their current abilities and knowledge. We will address topics such as maintenance, technique, chords, strumming, finger-picking, and reading music and tab. Get some new strings and bring lots of enthusiasm and questions. Materials fee of $20 is payable to the instructor.

 

Beginning Voice Class

Calendar Sep 13, 2017 at 7 pm, runs for 10 weeks

Our voice is not only for singing; we will also address concepts such as projection, vowels, accuracy with pitch, and personal style. We will have fun with songs while discussing vocal production to help you become a stronger singer. Come learn the capabilities of your own voice. Materials fee of $20 is payable to the instructor.

 

Dance Kick Boxing- Session I

Dance Kick Boxing- Session II

Drums Alive: Cardio Drumming - Session I

Must bring own 65cm exercise ball to each class. Ball rental is $18 to be paid to instructor at first class. Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this new and unique high-energy workout. Power Beats combines movement with the power of drumming. It’s a program for everyone! It’s a workout for the entire body as well as a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental balance. Come and experience the joy of music, movement, and rhythm and feel like a rock star! Break the rules, open the door and enter a new dimension of fitness! Wear comfortable clothes, appropriate footwear and bring water and a large fitness ball.
