Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights.

Drums Alive: Cardio Drumming - Session I

Must bring own 65cm exercise ball to each class. Ball rental is $18 to be paid to instructor at first class.
