Active Parenting - Session II

This exciting 4-week, research based video and discussion workshop is organized around the parenting skills necessary for instilling cooperation, communication, courage, school success, responsibility and self-esteem in children ages 5 to 12. Parents will learn discipline skills that really work and how to set rules that their children can understand and follow. We will explore parenting styles, the 4 goals of children’s behaviors and discover how the power of encouragement helps children learn positive behavior. Join us for this workshop and see for yourself the difference as you make positive and realistic changes in your family’s daily routine to gain greater happiness at home!

Circuit Training - Session I

Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels.
