80's & 90's Dance Aerobics - Session III

Move, groove and sing along to the hits of the 80’s and 90’s. Join us for a 45 minute fun workout that packs a punch! Dance Aerobics can improve symptoms of depression, strengthen your heart and lungs, help lower your cholesterol, improve your immune function, and lower your blood pressure. You will leave feeling the effects of a great training session with a skilled instructor.


Buti Yoga - Session III

The movement methodology is drawn from primal movement and ancient yoga techniques to awaken the Shakti energy and free the mind. It’s a blend of power yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. Also available on Thursday mornings from 6-6:45am.


Circuit Training - Session III

Join us for this 45 minute workout. This class will help you burn calories, lose weight and strengthen your muscles. Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights.

Drums Alive: Cardio Drumming - Session III

Must bring own 65cm exercise ball to each class. Ball rental is $18 to be paid to instructor at first class. It’s a program for everyone! It’s a workout for the entire body as well as a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental balance. Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States. Our instructor Liza May, has been teaching Hip Hop for over 8 years, and now incorporates jazz, modern and contemporary into her sassy, empowering style. Liza’s professional training includes, but is not limited to: -Broadway Theater and Dance workshop in New Mexico, Broadway Dance Center in New York, Choreographer & Co-Artistic Director for Gemini Dance Company and Choreographer & Principal Dancer Resurgence Dance Company Maine.

You will learn how you can use essential oils as a natural way to assist your body in relieving pain and inflammation, maintaining positive moods, and staying healthy. Each session includes a ‘make and take’ so you can get started right from the beginning.
