Gentle & Beginner Yoga with Amanda

Yoga can help you feel better in your body by reducing stress, and improving strength, flexibility, and balance. This slow-flowing, gentle yoga class teaches two poses each week to explore in greater detail and offers yogic breathing and relaxation for stress reduction. Modifications are offered so you can feel your best in each pose. Amanda Kibbe-Wark has her 200 hour yoga teacher certification and additional certifications in meditation and restorative yoga. She teaches weekly yoga classes in the Midcoast area and believes yoga can benefit every body. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and bring an extra layer. All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary.
Traditional Usui Reiki Level II Certification

Reiki Level II is for those who have completed Reiki Level I. You will become skillful at directing the flow of energy and using it to aid others. The Level II training and attunements will allow you to access up to 90% more energy as your body is now conditioned to the flow. Level II training is focused on treating others, including people, pets, plants (it’s great for gardening!) and everything yielding life force energy. You will also receive training on using 3 symbols to enhance the focus of your treatments, instruction on distance healing, guidelines for self-cleansing and self-protection and your Level II Certificate. Instructor Mary Maverick is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a 7th generation Reiki Master/Teacher.
