Boston North End Trip

Are you hungry for authentic Italian food? Do you feel like a leisurely train ride to and from Boston to feast on said authentic Italian food? Well then, we’re planning a trip to Boston’s north end with our celebrated native Bostonian and chef, Chris Toy, and he will lead you on a merry adventure. Along with the aforementioned feasting, Chris will take you on a walking tour of several Boston landmarks: the Freedom Trail with Paul Revere’s house (additional fee for entry) and the Old North Church and the Haymarket, Boston Market and Quincy Market. The trip includes transportation via Amtrak. Wear comfortable shoes for this walking tour. Train departs Brunswick Station at 7:25 am, and leaves from Boston North Station at 4:45pm, arriving in Brunswick at 8:05pm. No refunds. No discounts. Space is limited, so contact us now to register! Circuit Training - Session I

Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights.
