80's & 90's Dance Aerobics - Session II

Dance Aerobics can improve symptoms of depression, strengthen your heart and lungs, help lower your cholesterol, improve your immune function, and lower your blood pressure. You will leave feeling the effects of a great training session with a skilled instructor.

Archery Hunter Safety Course Home Study

Calendar Mar 7, 2018 at 6 pm, runs for 3 weeks

An archery education course will provide a student with a wealth of knowledge regarding equipment, proper hunting methods, responsibilities, and general safety. Most classes will have some outdoor exercises. Passage of a final exam is required. You must attend every day of the class in order to receive your certificate.

The Home Study Course consists of about 9 hours of classroom instruction broken up into a 3 hour introduction followed by either 2 nights or one day of classroom and activities. Students are required to complete a workbook or chapter reviews from an Internet course both of which complement the student manual. Students must demonstrate to the instructor that they can safely handle a firearm, participate in activities, bring in a survival kit with appropriate contents and pass a 50 question test with a grade of at least 70%.

ATV Education Course

Calendar May 6, 2018 at 9 am, runs for 1 week

Participation in an ATV education course will teach how to properly operate and maintain an ATV. Laws, responsibilities and personal safety will also be covered. Passage of a final exam is required. You must attend every day of the class in order to receive your certificate.

Buti Yoga - Session II

The movement methodology is drawn from primal movement and ancient yoga techniques to awaken the Shakti energy and free the mind. It’s a blend of power yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. Also available on Thursday mornings from 6-6:45am.

 

Buti Yoga - Session III

Join us for this 45 minute workout. This class will help you burn calories, lose weight and strengthen your muscles. Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights.
