While we all know that we should be eating healthier, sometimes we don’t know how to get started. This course will teach the science behind the superfood as well as provide instruction on how to prepare it. There will be eating involved in this course. Class 1: The Misunderstood Avocado, The Almighty Kale, Coconut in All Its Glory Class 2: Questioning Quinoa, Sweet, Sweet Potato, Finishing With Chocolate
